# Get support

> How to reach Hypertake support: email support@hypertake.net any time, what to include, what never to send, and what support can and can't do

Source: https://hypertake.net/docs/support · Last updated: 2026-10-17

**Email [support@hypertake.net](mailto:support@hypertake.net).** It's the main way to reach the Hypertake team, and we're always available. Write in your own words; the details below help us answer in one reply.

- [support@hypertake.net](mailto:support@hypertake.net): Email us about anything: a deposit, a withdrawal, an order, a market's result, or something that looks wrong.
- [FAQ](https://hypertake.net/docs/faq.md): Short answers to the questions people ask most, each linked to the full page.

## What to include

- **Your wallet address.** The public 0x… address you connected. It's safe to share, and it's how we find your account's history on Hyperliquid.
- **What you were doing.** The market or page, what you pressed, and what you expected to happen.
- **When it happened.** The date and time, with your time zone.
- **The transaction hash**, for a deposit or withdrawal. Your wallet's activity list shows it.
- **A screenshot or screen recording**, if something looked wrong.
- **Your device and browser**, for example the Home Screen app on an iPhone, or Chrome on a Mac.

> **Warning: Never send your recovery phrase or private key**
> Support never needs it: your wallet address is enough. Nobody at Hypertake will ever ask for it, by email or anywhere else, and anyone who does is trying to take your money. Our replies come from a hypertake.net address; treat anyone who messages you first claiming to be Hypertake support as a scam.

## What support can and can't do

Hypertake is an interface. Your money sits in your own Hyperliquid account, controlled by your wallet, and Hyperliquid runs the order books and settles the markets. That decides what we can help with.

- **We can**: Explain what happened, from your account's public history on Hyperliquid; walk you through a deposit, withdrawal, order or settlement; and fix anything that's wrong in Hypertake itself.
- **We can't**: Move, freeze or reverse your money or your trades; change a market's result; or recover a wallet whose recovery phrase is lost. Nobody but you can sign for your account.

## Before you write

These pages answer the most common questions straight away. If they don't settle it, email us anyway.

- [Deposit](https://hypertake.net/docs/money/deposit.md): Deposit USDC or ETH from Arbitrum, step by step, with fees and limits.
- [Withdraw](https://hypertake.net/docs/money/withdraw.md): Withdraw to your wallet on Arbitrum: the fee, minimum and timing, and what to do if it's late.
- [How settlement works](https://hypertake.net/docs/outcomes/settlement.md): When a market closes, how its result is decided and when you're paid.
- [If Hypertake is offline](https://hypertake.net/docs/security/if-hypertake-is-offline.md): Reach your money through Hyperliquid directly, without us.

### How do I contact Hypertake support?

Email [support@hypertake.net](mailto:support@hypertake.net). It's the main way to reach the team, and we're always available.

### What should I put in my email?

Your public wallet address, what you were doing, when it happened, and a transaction hash or screenshot if you have one. Never your recovery phrase or private key.

### Can support reverse a trade or get my money back?

No. Trades and settlements happen on Hyperliquid and are final, and only your wallet can sign for your account. Support can explain exactly what happened and fix problems in Hypertake itself.
