Hypertake is an independent web interface for Hyperliquid's HIP-4 prediction markets (outcomes) and perpetual futures. You connect your own wallet; every order is placed, matched and settled on Hyperliquid, and your money stays in your own Hyperliquid account. Hypertake is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid. Markdown of this page: https://hypertake.net/docs/phone-app.md. Full documentation index: https://hypertake.net/llms.txt

Phone app · Overview

The phone app

Hypertake on iPhone and Android: add it to your Home Screen, the tab bar, two-tap confirmation and push alerts about your money

Hypertake's phone app is hypertake.net itself, laid out for a phone. Open it in your phone's browser, or add it to your Home Screen for a full-screen app with push alerts. It's a web app, so you install it from the browser, not from an app store.

Below about 1,050 pixels wide, the site draws the phone app; wider, it draws the desktop. Both use the same addresses and the same Hyperliquid account, so a market link opens the same market on either. These docs have a phone layout of their own.

Add it to your Home Screen

iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open hypertake.net in Safari

Notifications on iPhone only work in the Home Screen app, so this is worth doing if you want alerts.

  2. Tap Share

On iOS 26, Share is under the ⋯ button at the bottom.

  3. Choose Add to Home Screen

  4. Keep Open as Web App on, then tap Add

ResultHypertake's icon appears on your Home Screen and opens full screen, without browser bars.

  5. Open it and connect again

Safari and the Home Screen app keep separate storage, so you connect your wallet again in the app, and turn on one-tap trading there too (its own trading key).

The same steps are in the app under Account → Add to Home Screen.

Android

Open hypertake.net in Chrome, open the browser's menu and add the site to your Home screen (depending on the version, Chrome calls this Add to Home screen or Install app). On Android, push alerts also work in the browser without installing.

The tab bar

Account isn't a tab: tap your wallet button at the top of any tab. It holds Money, One-tap trading, Markets, Appearance, Notifications, Connected wallet, Trading key, Testnet and Disconnect.
TabWhat's there
OutcomesPrediction markets: topic pills, Closing soon, a section per topic and the live trade flow. Sports is off until you switch it on in Account → Markets.
PerpsYour perps positions first, then markets by Favourites, Crypto, Stocks and the other builder markets.
SearchTrending markets (ranked by money traded in the last hour), topics, assets and what's closing next.
PortfolioYour P&L and balance, Deposit and Withdraw, then Positions, Orders and History.

Two taps to confirm

On the phone, every buy and sell asks twice, so a stray tap can't place an order. The first tap arms the button: its label turns to Confirm · … and a thin bar runs out over 5 seconds. A second tap in that time places the order. Changing anything (the amount, the side, the price) disarms it, so the second tap always confirms exactly what the button says.

Either way, an order is placed only when you press the button; nothing is ever sent by itself.

Connecting a wallet on a phone

The phone's Connect sheet has two choices: MetaMask and WalletConnect. MetaMask opens straight from Safari over WalletConnect: approve the connection in MetaMask, and you're returned connected. Each later signature reopens MetaMask. WalletConnect lists other wallet apps (MetaMask, OKX Wallet, Trust Wallet, Rainbow). Connecting a phone wallet this way doesn't ask for the desktop's sign-in message. See Connect a wallet.

Alerts and push notifications

Push alerts are about the wallet connected on that device: there's no Hypertake account. Connect a different wallet and the alerts follow it; disconnect and they stop. In the Home Screen app, Hypertake offers them once after you connect ("Get alerts about your money"); after that, they're in Account → Notifications, with a switch for each kind and Send a test.

Only what happens to your money without you, or what needs you soon. Never marketing, and never an echo of something you just did yourself.
AlertWhen it comes
Orders that fillA take profit hit, a limit order filled, a perps take profit or stop loss
ResultsA market you hold settling: what you won, or that it paid nothing
Closing soon15 minutes before a market you hold closes
Liquidation riskA perps position 5% and 2% from liquidation, or liquidated
Money in and outDeposits arriving, withdrawals sent, money received

Hypertake's server checks Hyperliquid for the followed wallet on a schedule (fills every 20 seconds, perps every 30 seconds, holdings every minute, deposits and withdrawals every 2 minutes), so an alert can arrive shortly after the event. While the app is open, banners also show fills and settlements as they happen. The desktop site has no push alerts; it shows notices in the page.

Turning push on stores your device's push subscription on Hypertake's server; see What Hypertake stores.

What's different from the desktop

  • Outcomes are mainnet only. If you switch perps to testnet in Account → Testnet, the phone blocks outcome trades until you switch it off: "Outcomes trade on mainnet. Switch testnet off in Account to trade them."
  • No CSV export. Exporting your trade history is on the desktop's History tab.
  • No prediction overlay on perps charts. The Polymarket and Hypertake odds layer is desktop only.
  • Deposits from an exchange go through Receive on Arbitrum: your address as a QR code, to send USDC or ETH on Arbitrum before depositing it to Hyperliquid. See Deposits.
